OaklandOfficeAlameda Pediatric Dentistry’s new office location in Pill Hill situates the practice in the heart of the Oakland hospital area. Among many other health professionals, you can bet that Alameda Pediatric Dentistry will stand out in creating a fun and comfortable experience for our patients and their families.

IMG_1155We’ve already established our famous “hometown” vibe in the Pleasanton area, where we opened a satellite office in 2008, and extending our services to our Oakland neighbors just made sense.

“There are a lot of children in Oakland and we felt there was an opportunity to utilize our strengths of providing excellent dental care in a safe and caring environment,” says Alameda Pediatric Dentistry’s Dr. Sharine Thenard. “We would also be able to offer these children various modalities of getting dental treatment done (such as with nitrous oxide or oral sedation) in addition to oral surgery services, if necessary.”

Dr. Thenard is currently on staff at Oakland Children’s Hospital and has access and privileges to perform hospital dentistry at their locations.

DRMichael_Wahl_2013The Pill Hill staff will include Sheryl at the front desk and Dr. Michael Wahl among the primary dentists in the house.

“APD is growing, but its core values of providing the highest quality dental care to children of all ages remains constant,” says Dr. Thenard. “We pride ourselves on having highly-trained staff and top-notch pediatric dentists treating children in the kindest and safest ways possible. Our new and old patients alike will continue to see our team working together and viewing themselves as a family.”

Don’t just take our word for it. Schedule an appointment at the new Oakland office today!
